Dr. Lediana Xhakollari është pedagoge me kohë të plotë në Departamentin e Psikologjisë dhe Punës Sociale, Fakulteti i Shkencave të Edukimit, që prej vitit 2007. Ajo mban titullin Doktor Shkencash në Psikologji dhe ka formim të avancuar në administrim publik. Fushat kryesore të ekspertizës dhe interesit kërkimor përfshijnë psikologjinë klinike, shëndetin mendor, psikologjinë organizative përfshirjen sociale dhe cilësinë e jetës. Dr. Xhakollari ka një përvojë të konsoliduar në projekte kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare në fushën e arsimit, shërbimeve sociale dhe zhvillimit të politikave publike. Ajo ka marrë pjesë aktive në konferenca shkencore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare dhe është autore e librave universitarë, teksteve shkollore, manualeve, si dhe e mbi 20 publikimeve shkencore, përfshirë artikuj në revista të indeksuara ndërkombëtare.
