Prof. As. Dr. Eranda Halluni Bilali është pedagoge në Fakultetin e Shkencave të Edukimit, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, me fokus kërkimor në zhvillimin e arsimit parauniversitar, inovacionin në edukim dhe proceset e reformimit të arsimit shqiptar. Aktualisht ushtron detyrën e Dekanes së Fakultetit të Shkencave të Edukimit dhe anëtare e Senatit Akademik, si dhe ka qenë Drejtuese e Departamentit të Mësuesisë (2016-2024). Veprimtaria e saj shkencore përqendrohet në: zhvillimin profesional të mësuesve, kurrikulën dhe reformën arsimore, arsimin gjithëpërfshirës, mirëqenien psiko-pedagogjike në arsim, integrimin e teknologjisë dhe kompetencave digjitale në formimin universitar. Ka marrë pjesë dhe ka referuar në konferenca të shumta kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare në fushën e edukimit, si dhe është autore dhe bashkautore e një numri të konsiderueshëm artikujsh të botuar në revista shkencore me indeksim ndërkombëtar (SCOPUS dhe të tjera). Është trajnere e certifikuar në programe kombëtare për zhvillimin profesional të mësuesve, kordinatore dhe pjesëmarrëse në projekte Erasmus+.
