Msc. Gentiana Nicaj

Gentiana Nicaj është pedagoge pranë Departamentit të Edukimit Fizik dhe Sporteve, në Fakultetin e Shkencave të Edukimit, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”. Aktualisht është e angazhuar në studimet doktorale, të fokusuara në analizimin e ndikimit të nivelit të aktivitetit fizik dhe sjelljeve sedentare, në zhvillimin e aftësive motorike tek fëmijët parashkollorë. Formimi i saj akademik është ndërtuar mbi një bazë të qëndrueshme në shkencat e lëvizjes, duke reflektuar një interes të vazhdueshëm për zhvillimin e hershëm dhe faktorët që ndikojnë në këtë proces. Ajo kontribuon në formimin profesional të studentëve përmes lëndëve të profilit dhe metodave didaktike që mbështesin të nxënit aktiv dhe zhvillimin e kompetencave praktike. Nicaj është autore dhe bashkautore e publikimeve shkencore dhe pjesëmarrëse aktive në konferenca kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare. Krahas angazhimit akademik, është gjithashtu e përfshirë në projekte dhe iniciativa që synojnë promovimin e aktivitetit fizik dhe zhvillimin e sportit në komunitet.
