Dr. Nora Deda është pedagoge në Departamentin e Edukim fizik dhe Sporte, Fakulteti i Shkencave të Edukimit, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” që prej vitit 2009. Ajo ka një eksperiencë në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushën e Shkencave sportive dhe titullar/e në lëndët Histori & Filozofi Edukim fizik e sporte , Psikologji sporti , Stervitje e adoptuar ne aktivitet fizik e fitne, Vleresimi i te nxenit. Ajo ka marrë pjesë në projekte shkencore, konferenca dhe publikime kombëtare e ndërkombëtare.
