Irsida Kopliku është pedagoge në departamentin e Financë-Kontabilitetit, Fakulteti Ekonomik, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” që prej vitit 2017.

Ajo ka eksperiencë në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushën e kontabilitetit dhe ekonomisë së qëndrueshme dhe titullare në lëndët e Kontabilitetit financiar, kostos dhe drejtimit. Ka marrë pjesë në projekte shkencore, konferenca dhe publikime kombëtare e ndërkombëtare. Interesat e saj kërkimore përfshijnë analizën financiare dhe zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm.

Arsimimi i lartë i saj konsiston në studimet 4-vjecare në Financë Kontabilitet, të shoqëruara nga  “Master Shkencor Kontabilitet” në Universitetin e Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” dhe një vit studime më pas, në programin “Master në Financa Sasiore” në Universitetin e Varshavës, Fakultetin e Shkencave Ekonomike.

Ajo ka eksperiencë pune në sektorin publik gjithashtu, si specialiste finance pranë ARRSH-Drejtoria e Rajonit të Veriut. Është anëtare e “Shoqatës së Kontabilistëve dhe Financierëve të Shqipërisë”.
