Për hapjen e Kurseve të Gjuhës Shqipe
pranë Universitetit të Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”
(për të huajt dhe shqiptarët jashtë atdheut)
Departamenti i Gjuhësisë, pranë Fakultetit të Shkencave Shoqërore të Universitetit të Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, ka kënaqësinë të njoftojë hapjen e Kurseve të Gjuhës Shqipe, të destinuara për të huajt dhe shqiptarët që jetojnë jashtë Republikës së Shqipërisë, të interesuar për të mësuar gjuhën shqipe dhe për të certifikuar njohuritë e tyre në këtë gjuhë.
Kurset zhvillohen në përputhje me Kornizën e Përbashkët Evropiane të Referencës për Gjuhët (CEFR) dhe ofrohen në nivelet: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 dhe C2. Ata realizohen nga staf akademik i kualifikuar i Departamentit të Gjuhësisë.
Mësimi ofrohet në dy forma:
- me prezencë fizike, në ambientet e Fakultetit të Shkencave Shoqërore të Universitetit të Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”;
- online, për pjesëmarrësit që nuk kanë mundësi ndjekjeje fizike.
Në përfundim të çdo niveli, pjesëmarrësit pajisen me Certifikatë Zyrtare të Universitetit të Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, e cila vërteton nivelin e arritur të njohurive në gjuhën shqipe.
Të interesuarit për ndjekjen e kurseve ftohen të plotësojnë formularin e aplikimit në linkun e mëposhtëm:
Ndërsa, personat që zotërojnë njohuri paraprake të gjuhës shqipe, kanë mundësi të aplikojnë vetëm për certifikimin e gjuhës shqipe. Aplikimi kryhet përmes formularit përkatës:

On the Opening of Albanian Language Courses
at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”
(for foreigners and Albanians living abroad)
The Department of Linguistics, within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi,” is pleased to announce the opening of Albanian Language Courses, intended for foreigners and Albanians residing outside the Republic of Albania who are interested in learning and certifying their proficiency in the Albanian language.
The courses are conducted in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and are offered at the following levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. The programs are scientifically structured and delivered by the qualified academic staff of the Department of Linguistics.
The courses are available in two formats:
· In-person, at the facilities of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”;
· Online, for participants who are unable to attend in person.
Upon successful completion of each level, participants will receive an Official Certificate from the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”, certifying their achieved level of proficiency in the Albanian language.
