Prof. As. Dr. Siditë Duraj është pedagoge në Departamentin e Matematikës, Fakulteti i Shkencave të Natyrës, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, ku kontribuon në veprimtarinë akademike që prej vitit 2003 dhe si pedagoge me kohë të plotë që nga viti 2010. Ajo zotëron përvojë të konsoliduar në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushat e analizës matematike, teorisë së pikës fikse dhe hapësirave metrike të përgjithësuara. Interesat e saj kërkimore përfshijnë ekuacionet diferenciale jolineare, strukturat metrike të avancuara dhe didaktikën e matematikës. Është autore dhe bashkautore e një numri të konsiderueshëm artikujsh në revista shkencore ndërkombëtare të indeksuara dhe pjesëmarrëse aktive në konferenca shkencore. Që prej vitit 2023 mban titullin “Profesor i Asociuar”. Që nga viti 2024 është anëtare e Senatit Akademik të Universitetit të Shkodrës dhe ushtron funksione drejtuese akademike në nivel departamenti.
