Seida Daija është pedagoge në Departamentin e Matematikës, Fakulteti i Shkencave të Natyrës, Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, ku kontribuon në veprimtarinë akademike që prej vitit 2021 dhe si pedagoge me kohë të plotë që nga viti 2022.

Ajo ka eksperiencë në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushën e Informatikës dhe është titullare në lëndët: Algoritmikë, Inxhinieri Software, Scrum Framework dhe Graphical User Interface.

Ka marrë pjesë në projekte shkencore,konferenca dhe publikime kombëtare e ndërkombëtare. Interesat e saj kërkimorë fokusohen në fushën e inxhinierisë software dhe analizimit të të dhënave.
