Ai ka eksperiencë në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushën e shkencave mjekësore teknike dhe është titullar në lëndët: Parimet e menaxhimit infermieror, Infermieristikë kirurgji dhe anestezi, Administrim medikamentesh, Gjuhët standarde infermierore.

Ka marrë pjesë në projekte shkencore, konferenca dhe publikime kombëtare e ndërkombëtare mjekësore.

 Ai është autor i teksteve universitare dhe botimeve shkencore në revista ndërkombëtare të indeksuara.
