Anila Neziri është pedagoge në Departamentin e Biologji-Kimisë, Fakulteti i Shkencave të Natyrës, në Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” që prej vitit 2000. Ka mbaruar studimet universitare në Degën “Kimi Ushqimore”FSHN Tiranë (1996), studime pasuniversitare “Analiza Kimike dhe Identifikimi i Strukturës Molekulare me Metoda Instrumentale” (Drejtimi Kimi organike) UT, FSHN, Tiranë (2004), mbron gradën “Doktor i Shkencave” ne Kimi, FSHN, Tiranë (2009), fitoi titullin Profesor i Asocijuar FSHN, Tiranë (2011), fitoi titullin Profesor FSHN, Tiranë (2016). Ajo ka eksperiencë në mësimdhënie dhe kërkim shkencor në fushën e Kimisë dhe Toksikologjisë së Mjedisit dhe  Ushqimeve dhe është titullare e lëndëve: Kimi Organike, Ekotoksikologji, Metodat Instrumentale të Analizës Kimike dhe Toksikologji Ushqimi. Ka marrë pjesë në 11 projekte shkencore kombëtare e ndërkombëtare, 56 konferenca dhe ka 42 publikime në revista kombëtare e ndërkombëtare. Interesat e saj kërkimore përfshijnë analizën kimike te komponimeve toksike dhe efektet e tyre në biotë. Ka qenë anëtare e Senatit Akademik të Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” (2012–2020). Ka kryer hulumtime në institucione kërkimore në Gjermani, Itali, Austri, Mali i Zi në periudhën (2002-2016).
