TECHNOLOGY DISRUPTION: Challenges and Opportunities for Adding Value to National Economy, Businesses& Society

What is Technology & Business Update?

Call for Papers

The rapid developments in technology, affecting almost all sectors of social and economic life, are leading to extensive and profound changes in the world we live in. These rapid technological advances continue to impact many facets of our life, sometimes unleashing disruptive change.

The disruptive force of technology and AI today impacts economic growth, business models, employment patterns, and inequality, creating new markets, business practices, and the need for new product infrastructure and different labor skills.

No one is immune to this rapidly transforming world. The main challenge is to keep pace with these changes while remaining competitive and productive in the evolving technological landscape. It's important to add value to national economies, businesses, and society as a whole.

In the context of these rapid technological and digital transformations, studies are essential to understand the complex challenges and opportunities presented by this "new" technological revolution. To cope with these changes, the first international conference organized by Tirana Business University aims to gain insights from professors, lecturers, and researchers (foreign and Albanian) about how technological advances are transforming economic growth, business models, employment patterns, social relations, and inequality.

Why Choose the “Technology & Business Update” Conference?

The "Technology & Business Update" Conference is a new brand launched by Tirana Business University. It serves as a forum for academic communities, researchers, and scholars to exchange knowledge, experiences, and research results related to technology and business.

The conference is conceived to be a series of annual scientific events, with a "peer review" system to maintain high academic standards. This platform aims to foster insightful discussions, knowledge exchange, and networking opportunities for researchers, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers in the technology and business fields.
