Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Shkodra University "Luigj Gurakuqi" offers 1 scholarship in the field of Tourism, 1 scholarship in the field of Business Administration and 2 scholarships in the field of Information Technologies at Bachelor and Master level for the autumn semester 2025/2026 (September 2025-January 2026) as part of the EU program ERASMUS+ Mobility with Partner Countries.
These scholarships are offered within the framework of the program entitled: International Credit Mobility financed by the EU. This program allows students from the University of Shkodra to study at the Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences and vice versa. Students will be able to study at the Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences autumn semester 2025/2026 (September 2025-January 2026), for which they will receive credits. After the mobility period, students will return to their home institution to complete their studies.
Who can apply?
Applications are welcome from undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the respective programs at the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" who have completed at least the first year for undergraduate students and the first semester for graduate students.
What are the requirements?
· Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students at the University of Shkodra in a Bachelor's or Master's program leading to an accredited degree;
· At least the first year for undergraduate students or the first semester for graduate students must be completed at the time of application;
· The scholarship is tied to the successful completion of one full semester at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences;
· Scholarship holders may not receive financial support from another EU program at the same time;

Assessment of the applications
In the first stage a selection committee from the University of Shkodra (Faculty of Economics, and Faculty of Natural Sciecnes) will assess the applications.
In a second stage representatives of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences will approve the selected candidates.
