As part of the EU ERASMUS+ Mobility with Partner Countries program, Università degli Studi di Palermo, Italy in collaboration with the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” is offering:
· 1 scholarship for Master students in Literature and Linguistics
· 1 scholarship for Bachelor students in Mass Media and Communication
The mobility will take place the second semester of the academic year 2025–2026.
These scholarships are part of the International Credit Mobility Program, financed by the European Union. The program allows students from the University of Shkodra to study for one semester at the Università degli Studi di Palermo, and vice versa. After completing the mobility period, students must return to their home university to continue and finalize their studies.
Who Can Apply?
Applications are invited from:
· Master students enrolled in Literature and Linguistics
· Bachelor students enrolled in Mass Media and Communication at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
· Be enrolled as full-time students in a BA or MA program leading to an accredited degree at the University of Shkodra;
· Successfully complete one full semester at the Università degli Studi di Palermo;
· Not receive financial support from any other EU-funded program at the same time.
Required application documents
· Curriculum vitae (CV);
· Transcript of Records;
· Letter of intent explaining your motivation and focus for studying at the Università degli Studi di Palermo, Italy ;
· Certificate of English or Italian Language proficiency (B1 level);
· Copy of the passport

Evaluation Procedure
Stage 1: A selection committee at the University of Shkodra (relevant Faculty) will evaluate all applications. Stage 2: Representatives of the Università degli Studi di Palermo will review and approve the nominated candidates.
