Université de Caen Normandie (France) & University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”
The Université de Caen Normandie, in cooperation with the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi", is pleased to announce 2 Erasmus+ scholarships for students for the Autumn Semester 2026/2027 (September 2026 – January 2027).
This mobility is offered within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program, funded by the European Union. The program enables students from the University of Shkodra to undertake a study period at Université de Caen Normandie and earn academic credits that will be fully recognized upon their return.

Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to Master students enrolled at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” who:
· Are registered in a relevant study program
· Have successfully completed at least one semester of their Master’s studies.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
· Be enrolled as full-time Master students in the respective accredited program
· Have completed at least one semester at the time of application
· Commit to completing a full semester at Université de Caen Normandie
· Not be receiving financial support from another EU-funded program during the mobility period

Applicants must submit the following documents in English, compiled into one single PDF file:
· Curriculum Vitae (CV)
· Transcript of Records
· Letter of Intent (clearly stating motivation and academic objectives for studying at Université de Caen Normandie)

Selection Procedure
· First stage: Evaluation by a selection committee from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Shkodra
· Second stage: Final approval by representatives of Université de Caen Normandie
