Në kuadrin e marrëveshjes të Universitetit të Shkodrës ‘Luigj Gurakuqi’ me Institutin Yonus Emre Shkodër (IYE), nën kujdesin e drejtorit të IYE Shkodër Z. Zafer KIYICI, me daten 27 Prill 2022 në sallen e konferencave në Fakultetin Ekonomik u zhvillua me studentët dhe pedagogët e Fakultetit Ekonomik Seminari i hapur ‘Rrugëtimi drejt vetvehtes përmes poezive të Yonus Emre”. Referimi mbi këtë teme u bë nga Doc.Dr. Arzu TOĜUŞLU KIZBAZ nga Istanbul TOPKAPI University.
Në këtë seminar u trajtuan dy nga aftësitë kryesore të buta qe janë të nevojshme në jetë dhe në karrieren e studentit: Njohja e vetvehtes dhe vendosja e qëllimeve në dimensione të ndryshme të jetës. Një analizë e tillë do ti ndihmojë studentët për planifikimin më të mirë të karrierës së tyre, në përdorimin e plotë të talentit të tyre dhe motivimin e tyre për t'u drejtuar në vetë-zhvillim.
Nisur nga fakti që në auditore ne nuk duhet të përgadisim vetëm teknicientë të sukseshëm por edhe me vlera njerzore, Doc.Dr. A.T. KIZBAZ i pasqyroi dhe interpretoi këto vlera njerëzore nëpërmjet vargjeve të Yonus Emre të shek.XIII duke dhënë reflektime të paharrueshme pjesmarrësve.
Pjesmarrësit në seminar i përshëndeti Drejtori i IYE Shkodër Z. Zafer KIYICI. Dekania e Fakultetit Ekonomik Prof.as.Dr. Blerta Dragusha i shprehi IYE Shkodër mirenjohjen për bashkëpunimin e vazhdueshëm frutdhënës të tyre me Fakultetin Ekonomik dhe vlersoi Doc.Dr. A.T. KIZBAZ për mbajtjen e këtij seminari të hapur dhe i shprehu gadishmërinë e Fakultetit Ekonomik për bashkëpunim të mëtejshëm me Istanbul TOPKAPI University.

In the framework of the agreement of the University of Shkodra 'Luigj Gurakuqi' with the Yonus Emre Shkodër Institute (IYE), under the auspices of the director of IYE Shkodër Mr. Zafer KIYICI, on April 27, 2022 in the conference hall of the Faculty of Economics was held with students and pedagogues of the Faculty of Economics Open seminar "Journey to self through the poems of Yonus Emre". The reference on this topic was made by Doc.Dr. Arzu TOĜUŞLU KIZBAZ from Istanbul TOPKAPI University.
In this seminar were addressed two of the main soft skills that are necessary in life and in the student career: Self-knowledge and goal setting in different dimensions of life. Such an analysis will help students to better plan their careers, make full use of their talent and motivate them to head towards self-development.
Given the fact that in the auditorium we should not only train successful technicians but also with human values, Doc.Dr. A.T. KIZBAZ reflected and interpreted these human values through the verses of Yonus Emre of the XIII century giving unforgettable reflections to the participants.
The participants in the seminar were greeted by the Director of IYE Shkoder Mr. Zafer KIYICI. Dean of the Faculty of Economics Prof.as.Dr. Blerta Dragusha expressed her gratitude to IYE Shkodra for their continuous fruitful cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and praised Doc.Dr. A.T. KIZBAZ for holding this seminar open and expressed the readiness of the Faculty of Economics for further cooperation with Istanbul TOPKAPI University
